4. Artwork and Files

• Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork
• We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork
• Artwork must not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• We reserve the right to refuse to print any material we deem inappropriate or illegal
• Proofs should be carefully checked before approval; we are not liable for errors approved by the customer

5. Quality and Variations

We strive to deliver high-quality printing services. However, please note:

• Colour variations may occur between screen displays and printed materials
• Industry standard allows for a variation of +/- 10% in quantity
• Minor variations in colour between print runs are normal
• We recommend ordering printed proofs for colour-critical work

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to a cancellation fee
• Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled
• Custom or personalised items are non-refundable
• Refunds for defective products will be issued upon return and inspection
• Claims for defects must be made within 7 days of delivery
